WillAIReplaceMe provides AI-powered career resilience assessments. The service analyzes your professional role, tasks, and skills to generate a personalized report on AI exposure and career development recommendations.

The service is available through our Telegram bot and web application. Assessment results are informational and should not be treated as professional career advice.

2. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your role and tasks for meaningful results
Do not submit confidential employer information, trade secrets, or third-party personal data
Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account used to access the bot
When uploading CVs or job descriptions, ensure you have the right to share the document content

3. Free Tier

The free tier provides a basic AI resilience assessment including role analysis, task-level exposure scoring, and a general career roadmap. Free tier access may be subject to usage limits.

4. Pro Tier

The Pro tier offers:

Detailed skill analysis
Unlimited Full Diagnostic reassessments
Market demand insights per skill
Extended roadmap resources

By purchasing Pro:

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
Pro access is tied to your Telegram user ID
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not generated a Pro report
We reserve the right to modify Pro features with reasonable notice

5. Intellectual Property

Your assessment reports belong to you. You may share, export, or delete them at any time. The underlying assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, and platform code remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

WillAIReplaceMe is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of assessment results. Specifically:

Assessment scores reflect current AI capability estimates and may change as AI technology evolves
We are not liable for career decisions made based on our assessments
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months
We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss beyond our reasonable control, or third-party service failures

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time using the bot commands described in the privacy policy.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Use /delete_me in the bot to remove all your data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the bot or on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
